Quotes and Orders
Quotes are based on the specifications provided, including size, quantity, materials, finishing, deadline, delivery, and artwork condition. Pricing, timing, and availability may change if project details change.
Artwork and Proofs
Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs, spelling, layout, colors, quantities, and specifications before approval. Production may begin after approval, and changes after approval may affect cost and schedule.
Customer Content
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit artwork, logos, images, text, trademarks, and other materials for printing. We may decline projects that appear unlawful, infringing, harmful, or outside our production standards.
Color and Materials
Printed colors may vary from screen previews, prior print runs, or customer-provided samples because of monitor settings, materials, inks, finishes, and production methods.
Turnaround, Pickup, and Delivery
Turnaround estimates begin after all required files, approvals, and payment or account authorization are received. Delivery dates may be affected by carrier delays, supplier availability, revisions, or circumstances outside our control.
Corporate Portals
Portal access is limited to approved users. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for notifying us if access should be updated, revoked, or corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for a print order is limited to the amount paid for the affected order or reprint, at our discretion. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
